Optics Rental Reservation / Refund Policy

To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. Because each piece of rental equipment is reserved specifically for your dates, cancellations affect availability for other customers.


Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations within 7 days of the rental start date are non-refundable.

No-shows or early returns will not receive a refund or credit.


The cost of your rental may be applied toward the purchase of the optic. A maximum of two separate rentals can be credited toward the final purchase.

Ross Outdoors reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a rental due to equipment availability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.
