Standard Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store creditโwhichever you prefer. To qualify for a return, items must be in new condition and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Please ensure the item is unused, unaltered, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Arrows (including shafts, fletched arrows, and components)

Boots that show any signs of wear, even if only worn indoors
We strongly recommend trying on boots indoors on clean flooring before heading outside to ensure proper fit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or a defective product. We suggest using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
