Our top shelf arrow build, done on the two jigs we trust for perfect vane placement: the Bitzenburger and the OMP Phoenix. Each vane is clamped and set with care, and it shows in how tight and repeatable the finished dozen comes out.
You pick the fletch count, 3, 4, 5 or 6 vanes per arrow, and the fletching configuration: straight, or left or right offset or helical up to 3 degrees. On 4 fletch and up the angle tops out at 2 degrees so every vane keeps full glue contact, and 6 fletch builds run the AAE Hybrid 23 vane. Two color builds put the second color on the cock vane on 3 fletch and on every other vane on 4, 5 and 6 fletch.
